Learn tricks on how to saute, how to create fancy desserts, how to create the perfect sauces (hollandaise, bernaise, dessert, alfredo, et.al.), how to create the perfect omlette, how to purchase meats and produce, proper knife usage, how to freeze properly, shortcuts, how to properly season, hints from top restaurants, etc. -- Learn everything from the every day to the high-end gourmet (sushi, peking duck, beef wellington, and more!).
